In this podcast we explore the positive impact voluntary work can have in our lives, especially as we grow older. We discuss how it helps build positive social connections as well as give our lives an enhanced sense of purpose and meaning. Definitely something that should be implemented after the Covid-19 crisis - many older people will feel isolated and lonely. Great initiative!
